Net Set Go is a nationally recognised junior netball program which incorporates skill activities and modified games. It is usually run in Term 2 in Seymour.

The Track & Field season is held at Kings Park in Seymour on Friday nights, commencing the in October and concluding in March. Competition starts at 5.30pm and runs for approximately 2 hours. Training nights are held, each Monday night when the competition season begins – starting at 5:30 pm, and usually goes for an hour. X-Country events are held from May onwards.

Prospective members are required to be able to Swim 50m Freestyle & Backstroke and be able to demonstrate that they have an understanding of the principles required to swim Breaststroke and Butterfly.
