Enrolment

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au. Findmyschool.vic.gov.au hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones for 2020 onwards.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.

You can find more information and answers to frequently asked questions on the Department’s website under School zones.

To enrol your children at our school please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Tell us that you’re intending to enrol you child at the school

You can either call us or fill out the on-line form below.  If you have any specific questions or your children have any special needs please contact the school. We are always available to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

The earlier we have this important information, the earlier and more accurately we can plan and organise classrooms and staff to match your child's individual needs.

The Law prescribes that children must turn 5 by 30th April of the year in which they are to be enrolled in the Prep Year.

Step 2 – Fill out the Enrolment form

Download the enrolment form and return it to us as soon as possible.  We also need to sight and take a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation records.

To accommodate school in planning,  all enrolment forms will need to be completed and returned to school by October 1st for the following year.

Late each January the school holds an Welcome Day. The purpose of this day is for parents and students to come to the school, familiarise themselves with the school setting, facilities and staff, and enrol children in the appropriate class. The school Principal and Defence School Transition Aide will be available to meet new families.  School Uniforms can be purchased as well.
